Rimmel Insta Duo Contour Stick

So Rimmel London have recently brought out a new Insta range of makeup and I got my hands on the Duo Contour Stick which is a double ended format, one side is the contour shade and the other side is the highlight shade.

I was a bit sceptical about the contour shade as I didn’t want it to be orange toned or even too dark because usually the lightest shades are always too dark for my extremely pale skin. I was pleased upon swatching because the colour is perfect and both shades felt so creamy and swatched beautifully.

I done a test on both sides on my face to see what would blend the contour shade better, one side was a damp beauty blender and the other side was a brush which was the real techniques expert face brush and there was a noticeable difference between the two sides. It blended out so much nicer with the brush compared to the sponge. It is so easy to blend and I like to use my beauty blender to go over the highlight to blend.

Recently I have been loving wearing no foundation and just applying these to my face to warm it up with the contour shade and highlighting because this shade is absolutely stunning. Each shade sits so beautifully on the skin.

I really have fallen in love with this product and would highly recommend it.
